Cupcake Day is an annual event in support of the UK’s leading dementia charity, Alzheimer’s Society, with communities across the country baking and selling cupcakes to raise as much ‘dough’ as possible. All funds raised go to helping fight dementia and last year over £1 million was raised nationally.

The team at local care provider, Carefound Home Care, took the time to bake a range of tasty treats before hosting a cupcake stall in Wilmslow. The day was a huge success with local residents donating over £135 and those who have been affected by or are caring for loved one’s living with dementia taking the time to share their stories.
