Arun House, the next phase of Elmbridge Village for Retirement Villages in Cranleigh, Surrey, recently marked the topping out of the construction project with a ceremony on site. The new luxury £4.6 million scheme, which includes twenty retirement living apartments, is on track for completion in April.

Arun House is the latest phase of a multi-million pound investment at the village. It follows the opening of a new clubhouse and apartments at Elmbridge Manor completed by Castleoak last year.  The Manor now provides a social hub with a concert hall, restaurant, private dining room, bar and lounge, library, shop and surgery, all exclusively for the use by residents.

“Castleoak is delighted to have been chosen to work again with Retirement Villages to design and build Arun House following our work at both Elmbridge Manor and Charters Village. The programme is on track. Our specialist team is proud to be delivering another high quality retirement living property” said Doug Jones, managing director at Castleoak.

Will Crawford, managing director for Retirement Villages said “Achieving excellent build quality is essential. This enables us to offer the best in retirement living to our customers. Our partnership with Castleoak is delivering good results.”
