‘Outstanding’ rating awarded to North west London home care provider

North-west London care agency, SweetTree Home Care Services, has been rated Outstanding overall by the Care Quality Commission.

SweetTree, which was established 15 years ago, provides home and live in care services across London and serves more than 350 clients including the elderly and those with complex needs.

Following the inspection in October 2017, the agency is rated Outstanding for providing a well-led and responsive service and Good for being safe, effective and caring.

The CQC highlighted the agency’s commitment to developing its team of 500 carers and support workers through its Training Academy, which provides accredited training tailored to the needs of people they support.

SweetTree’s robust Senior Leadership team were also recognised for their innovation in improving care quality and understanding of clients’ needs. Plus clients and their families all spoke very highly of the staff who support them and were very happy.
