dc-care-care-industry-newsOn the instructions of Leicester based care operator PrimeLife, specialist healthcare business agents DC Care have successfully completed the sale of Hamilton House & Mews Care Home and Supported Living Apartments, located in Catfield, Norfolk.

The facility stands in extensive grounds and includes the original care home Hamilton House and the impressive Hamilton Mews, a more recent addition comprising 8 supported living apartments. The property has been acquired by Milestones Hospital, who aim to provide individualised treatment and care programmes to women with complex challenging disorders that have done less well in main stream psychiatric settings.

Commenting on behalf of DC Care, regional business appraiser Andy Sandel said “Whilst we have previously been involved in disposals for PrimeLife on several occasions, this was the first time we have dealt with Milestones Hospital. I’m pleased to say the sale went incredibly smoothly taking just 7 weeks from accepted offer to completion. DC Care wishes Milestones Hospital every success with this latest project.”
